TVPerch ("we," "us," "our") operates a nationwide TV installation marketplace connecting customers with independent installation contractors. This policy describes how we handle personal information submitted through the Site. TVPerch is operated under the Redhawk Handyman Services business structure. When you submit an installation request, we collect:

• your name, email address, and optional phone number, and your SMS consent choice (optional, unchecked by default);
• the installation address information you provide, including ZIP code, city, and state;
• on-site contact information when someone other than you will be present (their name, phone number, and optional relationship to you);
• your acknowledgements, including that an adult will be present and that you are authorized to arrange the installation;
• booking details: number and sizes of TVs, mount type, mounting surface, installation location and height, whether you already have a mount, add-ons you select, notes, and any photos you upload;
• scheduling preferences: requested dates and windows, flexibility, and any premium scheduling option you choose;
• pricing and payment references: your quoted price, deposit amounts, and payment transaction references processed through Stripe (we do not collect or store your full card number or CVC);
• attribution and technical information where available: the page that referred you, landing page, UTM parameters, and aggregate product-usage events.

When you submit an installer application, we collect:

• your contact and business information (name, business name, email, phone, city, state, ZIP);
• your service coverage: home area, service radius, specific ZIP codes served, and additional metros or states;
• your qualifications: experience, TV size and installation capabilities, lifting situation, maximum TV weight, tools and transportation;
• your insurance status, coverage amount, and expiration date, and optional compensation expectations;
• optional portfolio photos you upload (stored privately);
• references and additional comments you provide.

Installation completion photos are submitted by the assigned contractor through TVPerch's completion process and are used for service verification and payment review. Customer feedback, issue reports, and damage claims you submit are also retained.

We use the information we collect to:

• prepare price estimates and quotes using our approved pricing system;
• schedule and coordinate installations, including matching your request to a suitable, available contractor;
• process payments and refunds through Stripe and reconcile payment records;
• communicate with you about your request, booking, payment, and installation (primarily by email today);
• verify installation completion and review contractor payments;
• provide customer support and handle service concerns, damage claims, and disputes;
• prevent fraud and abuse, including rate limiting and duplicate-submission checks;
• review and administer contractor applications, onboarding, and payments;
• meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Your request is not sold as a lead to competing contractors. We do not sell personal information. We share information as follows:

• Assigned contractors: the installation details, on-site contact name and phone, and relevant photos needed to perform your installation are shared with the assigned participating contractor. Contractor applicants' information is shared with TVPerch administrators and, where relevant for payment, with our payment processor.
• Stripe: payment processing, including checkout sessions, refunds, and (for contractors) payout onboarding and transfers. Stripe handles your payment data under its own privacy policy.
• Hosting and platform providers: the service providers that operate this website, its database, authentication, and file storage.
• Email and communications providers: transactional email delivery for confirmations, payment links, and scheduling coordination.
• Analytics: aggregate product-usage events collected through our platform's analytics features to understand which pages and features are used.
• Legal and safety: where required by law, to protect rights, property, or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Maps and location providers are not currently used for customer bookings; location routing is based on ZIP codes against Census Bureau geographic crosswalk data.

We retain request, payment, application, and completion records for as long as needed to provide our services, handle disputes and claims, satisfy tax and accounting requirements, and meet other legal obligations. Photos submitted for requests and completions are retained as part of the service record; you may ask us to delete photos that are no longer needed.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls (customer-facing payment and completion links use secret per-request tokens), private storage for uploaded files, and server-side payment verification through signed Stripe events. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site uses only the cookies and local storage it needs to operate (for example, secure session and authentication cookies) and aggregate analytics described in our Cookie Policy. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers.

Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to know or access what we hold, to correct inaccuracies, to delete information, to obtain a copy, and to opt out of certain processing where such rights apply. United States state privacy laws (for example, those of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other states that have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws) provide these rights to qualifying consumers, and federal rights may also apply.

To submit a privacy request, use the form on our Contact page and describe the request (access, correction, deletion, or opt-out). We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request, respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may designate an authorized agent where your state's law permits.

TVPerch is intended for adults arranging installation services, and its services require customers age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the higher age required by local law). If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as Stripe's checkout or a contractor's website). Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The current version is always available on the Site with its version number and last-updated date.
