It is not attorney-approved legal advice, and final versions take effect only when approved and published by TVPerch.

1. Our Commitment

TVPerch wants everyone to be able to request a TV installation and use this website, including customers and contractors who use assistive technologies. We are committed to making the site accessible and usable, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how the site is built and maintained.

2. Our Approach

The site is built with responsive layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops; readable text contrast on solid backgrounds; visible focus states for keyboard users; and descriptive labels for forms and controls. We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as we improve the site. We have not commissioned a formal WCAG conformance audit, so we do not claim full conformance; instead, we describe our practices honestly and keep improving them.

3. Report a Barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site (for example, a control you cannot reach by keyboard, text you cannot read, or a form your screen reader cannot use), please tell us through the form on our Contact page. Describe the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use if any. We take these reports seriously, will work to fix confirmed barriers, and can help you complete a booking directly while an issue is being resolved.

4. Questions
